Things to look for in the condo doc review:
- Reserve Fund – Fully funded? This means all projected replacement projects should be planned for and contributed towards on a monthly basis.
- Have all previous replacements been completed?
- Operating Budget – Running a surplus or a deficit?
- Investments – How is the Board investing pooled funds?
