Professional and friendly, they put in extra effort to help me find a rental I needed, were available and ready for needed repairs and later helped me move on to find another life style where I was approved for a mortgage and bought a cozy home for my kids and I to grow in. Valerie at VIP was wonderful to work with! She managed everything for the beginning to closing. When looking for a property management company, the most important thing I consider is communication. This is the first management company that will actually answer the phone! They will respond to your emails! They REALLY treat you like a VIP! They are very knowledgeable as you can tell by their experience in the industry, and know how to handle difficult situations with ease. They truly care about their clients and love what they do. 110% Recommend using them! If you are irritated with your present management company, time for a change! Call them! They will answer!
