Valerie Guay, Broker and Owner of VIP Realty
Valerie Guay serves as founder and Broker Owner of VIP Realty and Management Ltd. Originally from Ontario, Valerie made her way to Calgary, Alberta, where she discovered her passion for real estate. Her professional journey commenced as a Real Estate Legal Assistant and Lease Administrator, and over the years, she transitioned seamlessly into real estate sales and management for Commercial, Residential, and Rural properties.
With over 19 years of experience, Valerie has garnered the respect and admiration of her fellow colleagues and numerous happy clients. Beyond her achievements in the real estate realm, Valerie dedicates her spare time to community service by actively participating in the Calgary Rotary and contributing to the Calgary Real Estate Charitable Foundation.

Krista Brown, Licensed Realtor & Associate Broker
Krista, being born and raised in Calgary, has ample knowledge of our unique city’s market and trends. Her parents flipped and managed properties throughout her life; in turn she has lived in many communities all over the city and understands what they have to offer. Krista believes that the more one’s agent knows, the better equipped they are to assist their clients. Because of this she has continued her education of the Real Estate industry over her 17 year career, obtaining many designations to best serve her clients and achieving many awards. The main designations she obtained for maximum representation of her clients are: Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Condominium Specialist and Certified Negotiation Expert. Annette Nielsen, Licensed Realtor & Property Manager
Annette is a licensed Realtor in Commercial and Residential Properties as well as in Property Management. Having roots from the management of a family run Calgary construction company through the 1970’s. Annette’s furthered her background through the 80’ in a variety of different management positions covering civil engineering, architecture, and land development. Annette has 20 years experience specifically as Project Manager in land developments in various quadrants of Calgary, ranging in size from 1/8 to 1⁄2 section in Calgary from concept to completion. Some of the familiar areas are, Applewood, Evergreen Ridge, Saddleridge, and Tuscarora. With experience in a variety of construction and land development areas, Annette has gained insight on a wide scope of local demographics as well as land geography and geology of Calgary and the surrounding area.

Jennifer Mandan, Licensed Realtor, Property Manager and Condo Manager
Jennifer is born and raised in Calgary. She has firm roots in the city and has had a front row seat to the growth and transformation of Calgary. She began her career in property management and after a decade has changed her designation to both Residential Real Estate as well as Condominium Management.
