How do I book a reliable Moving Company when moving?

WiseMove is a website that offers a broad range of movers who provide services through this website and you can easily obtain pricing through their service app. It is still advisable to research local movers known for high standards and strong local knowledge - check their customer reviews, vehicle options and make sure they have insurance in place.

How do I pay rent?

Payments can easily be set up on our Tenant App. You can also enable auto-pay so you never miss a payment!

When and How do I get my deposit back?

Deposits are emailed within 10 days of completing your move out, and a copy of your statement will be emailed to you.

What if I need to Break my lease?

$1000 termination fee will apply for breaking your contract, You will also be responsible for any vacancy loss, as well for any rental difference until the end of your contract.

What do I do if my utility bill is split with another tenant?

Please send a PDF copy of your utility bill each month to accounting@viprealtyandmanagement.com, we will then apply a credit to your account, and bill back the other tenant.
